Two West Chicago businesses, Wise Plastics Technologies, 1601 W. Hawthorne Lane, and Ball Horticultural Company, 622 Town Road, have been honored with the Great Place to Work® Certification.
Certification is a significant achievement. Using validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work’s rigorous, data-driven For All methodology, Certification confirms 7 out of 10 employees have a consistently positive experience at Wise Plastics Technologies and Ball Horticultural Company. “Ball achieved 89% participation in the internal survey amongst all our employees, (the average participation by companies is 65%, according to Great Place To Work®), and 90% of our employees who took the survey say Ball is a great place to work,” according to a statement released by Katie Rotella of the Ball Marketing and Communications team.
