Gallery 200 is hosting a new art exhibit through Friday, April 28 featuring the artwork of several West Chicago Community High School students.
Throughout the school year, these students have grown in their mastery of materials, tools, techniques, and concepts. The student’s artwork is not only a demonstration of their technical skills but also an expression of their creativity and imagination. Artwork on display will feature the following areas: drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, photography, graphic arts, and 3D design.
High School art teachers, Megan Dulkinys and David Exner, will be available, along with some of the student artists, during the opening reception to answer questions and introduce themselves to the community.
Gallery 200 is located at 103 W. Washington Street in downtown West Chicago and is open to the public Thursday and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
