
DuPage Animal Services in partnership with the City of West Chicago’s Police Department and the West Chicago Public Library District will be hosting a free microchip clinic at the West Chicago Public Library located at 118 W. Washington Street for West Chicago residents on Wednesday, August 10 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event is sponsored by the DuPage Animal Friends.
Participation is limited to the first 30 pets on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners will receive a free ID tag and microchip for their pets as well as resources for low-cost vaccinations and spay and neutering.
All dogs must be on a leashed and cats must be placed in carriers prior to arriving at the event.
