The annual festival held in the historic downtown area of West Chicago features numerous food and beverage vendors along with live music, and fun activities for all ages. Residents and visitors are encouraged to bring their blankets and chairs to enjoy the event, which is being held during the evening hours for the first time since its inception.
“This year’s event is going to be bigger and better than ever”, said City of West Chicago Special Events Coordinator Nicolette Stefan. “The City will be hosting over 15 food vendors with many favorites from 2021 along with some fantastic new vendors with delicious food fares. There will also be a face painter and balloon twister at the event, along with plenty of great live music to enjoy.”
The City will provide more details closer to the festival, including a list of attending vendors, musical lineup, and parking information.
“It’s going to be a lot of fun for everyone,” Stefan said, “so, bring your friends and family along with some blankets and chairs for a delightful evening in our downtown, and let the City handle the rest.”
