Please Note the Following Street Closures:
- Galena Street (between Main Street and Tye Court):
Closed from Friday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. through Saturday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m. - Main Street (from Chicago Street to W. Washington Street):
Closed on Saturday, May 17 from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Vehicles remaining on these streets after the designated closure times will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Turner Court Access – Saturday, May 17:
Turner Court will be accessible via Washington Street for residents and vendors only, from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. During this time, the one-way direction on Turner Court will be temporarily reversed to accommodate festival access. Residents will continue to have access to the Turner Court parking lot throughout the event.

About Blooming Fest
Blooming Fest is DuPage County's official welcoming committee of spring that is held in West Chicago's downtown. Gardening enthusiasts, craft lovers, and everyone else, are welcome to explore the event that features one of the region's largest plant sales, live music, a variety of craft and food vendors, and enjoyable family-friendly activities.
Save the date for the third Saturday of May for a visit to the little city away from the big city and get ready to say - hello spring!

5,000+ Plants for Sale & More
One of the main attractions of Blooming Fest is the large plant sale hosted by the West Chicago Garden Club where attendees will have the chance to view and purchase over 5,000 plants, including: natives, annuals, perennials, and vegetable seedlings. The garden sale is open from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Craft, Garden, & Food Vendors
While gardening enthusiasts will enjoy developing their green thumbs at the plant sale, visitors can also browse through craft, garden, and food vendors.
