CITY OF WEST CHICAGO

On Monday, April 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of West Chicago City Hall, 475 Main Street, West Chicago, the City of West Chicago will consider the passage of an Ordinance authorizing the execution of an amendment to an existing boundary line agreement between the City of West Chicago and the City of St. Charles. The boundary line agreement amendment will modify the previously established line which demarcates the future boundaries of the two municipalities. Specifically, the Ordinance will amend the existing boundary line to remove property that is currently located on the City of West Chicago side of the boundary line and place it within the City of St. Charles side of the boundary line. The property is located on the west side of Keil Road, approximately 600 feet south of Illinois Route 64 (North Avenue), legally described as follows:

Interested persons may visit the Community Development Department at West Chicago City Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to examine a copy of the proposed Boundary Line Agreement Amendment as well as the original Boundary Line Agreement.
